Of course, after I closed my last post, I found a few more bugs I like. Not scary but kind of cute.
This one always reminds me of a helicopter when I see it in flight. On the ground it looks like a B-52. The colours are beautiful and cleverly camouflage them.
This one is usually viewed as the nuisance at the picnic. But watching them work in their day to day lives shows how they work together. They really do communicate with each other as they move around.
This one is just neat, really long and thin!
And it’s nice to look at other non insects as well. This moth spent a long time at this flowering bush.
This post is short because I want to get two others underway. The fire of 2007 and the world of a daisy.
