Whither winter?

The air is cold. The wind nips at my nose. The grass and ground crunch underfoot. Snowflakes swirl before my eyes. Winter is arriving.
Even as I start to feel winter’s first push, the land is changing around me. As is the water.
As I drove along the highway the other day, I saw some of my favourite sights. Nothing big, grand, awesome. The creek water turning to ice, the rivulets running down the rocks growing into icicles. The mountains being dusted with first snow.
So I captured some of these sights to share with you.
